An investment bank is looking for the Relationship Manager to promote the organisation as the brand of choice among their prioroty clients Responsibilities:
- Acting as a single point of contact for clients, Sales and Operations in relation to Priority Clients.
- Responsible for the operational service level delivery globally and across all products and functions to the priority clients
- Monitoring service levels through the use of internal system and client meetings.
- Conducting regular cross product operational reviews. Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Investment banking Operations with 3 years of experience in a client servicing role
- Strong client-servicing mindset and skills are essential
- Strong understanding of overall trade cycle process
- Strong interpersonal and team skills, who will also promote an effective team environment
