Demand returns for interim banking and finance recruits

Use of interim managers in the private sector has nearly returned to pre-recession levels, with the banking and finance sector leading the way, according to a new report by the Interim Management Association.

The Recruiter website reported that private sector use of interim managers had previously peaked at 70/30% split, in favour of the private sector.
In the banking sector, use of high-end and skilled interim managers has reached 40% of private assignments, up from 36% in the previous quarter.
